Valerie Wang
Biophysics Graduate Student (joint with Ziv Williams)
Valerie is a Ph.D. student in Biophysics with research interests in theoretical and computational neuroscience. She is co-advised by Dr. Cengiz Pehlevan and Dr. Ziv Williams and supported by a graduate fellowship at the Kempner Institute.
Prior to joining the group, she completed an M.S. in Applied Physics at Stanford University and a B.A. in Physics at Pomona College. She also spent a year on a research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health and another year on a Fulbright U.S. Student Research Grant.
